Helping women to rediscover and celebrate their instinctive,
intuitive nature
I was inspired to create this series of
workshops by the fabulous book Women Who Run with the Wolves by
Clarissa Pinkola Estes. I realised that there was a very real need
for women to come together in a safe environment to share, laugh,
cry, play, create and learn, and ultimately to celebrate the divine
feminine beings we are. Each of the series of seven workshops looks
at a particular aspect of being a woman and how to reclaim and recreate
that aspect to fulfil our highest feminine potential - to be and
know wild women! I use sharing, meditation, visualisation, story,
dance, creativity and fun to facilitate learning, healing and growth.
